Chancelor Johnathan Bennett, better known as Chance, is an American rapper.
The rapper is having a wonderful time in Ghana
The rapper arrived in Ghana a few days ago with Vic Mensa, and the two have been reconnecting with their roots through music and other means.
Chance will be visiting Ghana for the first time.
As a result, for the 28-year-old rapper, this trip has been both gratifying and eye-opening.
The rappers went a church in Accra on Sunday, which the rapper revealed his great grandmother helped to create.
He remarked on a video he shot in the church while the man of God was preaching, “This Bishop Nkansah, he knows my great grandma.”
“My great grandfather was a pan Africanist and captain under Marcus Garvey,” Chance The Rapper disclosed in another post.
“They built this school in Jamestown as well,” the Chicago rapper subsequently commented beside a photo of the school.
